The (F.R.C.A.) invites committed individuals to partner with us in providing spiritual care, practical assistance, and compassionate presence to first responders and their families.

Our volunteers strengthen police officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, dispatchers, and community members through structured outreach initiatives grounded in dignity, professionalism, and faith-based service.

Our Mission in Volunteer Service

F.R.C.A. volunteers support:

  • Spiritual encouragement initiatives

  • Clothing collection and dignity-centered resource distribution
  • First responder appreciation events
  • Administrative and operational assistance

Each volunteer role contributes directly to sustaining those who carry the weight of public safety.

Volunteer Opportunities

1. Outreach & Care Package Team

  • Assemble and distribute appreciation kits for first responders
  • Prepare hygiene and seasonal outreach packages
  • Assist in clothing drives and organized distribution efforts

2. Administrative & Event Support

  • Event registration and hospitality coordination
  • Donation tracking and inventory management
  • Conference and training logistics support

3. Prayer & Encouragement Team

  • Commit to scheduled intercessory prayer
  • Write Scripture-based encouragement notes
  • Participate in structured prayer initiatives

4. Media & Communications Support

  • Photography and media documentation (authorized settings only)
  • Social media assistance
  • Newsletter and content development

5. Auxiliary Crisis Support (Training Required)

  • Assist chaplains with logistical support during large-scale events
  • Family hospitality coordination
  • Emergency supply preparation

All crisis-support roles operate under supervision and established ethical boundaries.

To maintain the credibility and integrity of our organization, volunteers must:

  • Complete an application and orientation process
  • Agree to our Code of Ethics and Confidentiality Standards
  • Respect professional boundaries in all settings
  • Represent F.R.C.A. with dignity and professionalism
  • Submit to background screening when applicable
